Where good blogs go to die...........
Hectic is the only way I can describe my current schedule. I realised that I am in danger of abandoning this blog because of it. There is no way that I can do that! I am going to instead cut back down on my posting schedule instead of going into the no man's land that is 'I'll post whenever I have time'.
Hopefully in 1-2 months when my schedule slims down a little, I will be back to more frequent posts. So do forgive the 1-2 posts a week and do remember, there is great stuff in the archives if you just click on the search button!
Cheers!

It's understandable to be busy!! Take your time and we'll be here when you get back! Thanks so much for leaving the blog up! A few other bloggers that I follow decided once they ran out of time that they would be deleting the blog and I just do not understand that because as you said, the archives are still there! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteLife, family, marriage. They have to come first. If you post weekly, and have great content, like Field of Dreams "if you build it, they will come".
ReplyDeleteThe posting is journaling, and how will you know how far you've come without knowing where you've been?
Document your growth, answer questions from your subscribers. Just be honest with yourself and your readers about your time committment.

Oh good! For one hairy moment I thought it was bye bye. I've only just discovered your blog so there's plenty info to keep me happily reading.
ReplyDeleteOk hun. You'll be forgiven as soon as you come back with updates. And yes, the archives have been my solace during those times you've been 'unavailable'! Your blog is great stuff, so please never ever stop!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the support! No I am not leaving, I love it here :)
ReplyDeleteI had a moment of panic when I read the title. I know I'll be here reading whenever you have time to post.
ReplyDeleteI really appreciate your blog and, since I am a relatively new follower, will enjoy sifting through the archives. :)
ReplyDeleteOh no, so sad, I literally check ur blog every day, i'll have to wean myself off, but im glad your not leaving for good, think i'd lose hair at the very thought :) I do have a burning question though: I've just BC'd and am loving my TWA but I'm using copious amounts of an alcohol-free gel to define my curls. Is alcohol the only damaging aspect of gel and therefore I'm fine to keep using it or should I knock this habit on the head?
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry I just read..should not have left my link.
ReplyDeleteI love your blog :)
I'm glad to hear that it's just a busy schedule that's keeping you from posting so much. I'll be checking back regularly looking for updates but until then, I'm more than happy to be patient and wait for the good posts to trickle in. Good things are worth waiting for.
ReplyDeletePlenty to read here! (CHM)
ReplyDeleteI am with Katie, I also went into panic mode when I saw your title ..lol.
ReplyDeleteBut I will be reading whenever you post.
Take Care of your Business, JC;-)
One to two posts per week is more than enough, Jc. We'll be here, don't you worry ;)
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the support.........much appreciated:)
ReplyDeleteIf you're really worried about it perhaps you could have guest posters every once and a while?(just a suggestion, 1-2 posts per week from you is OK with me).
ReplyDeleteI also just found your blog and I am in natural haven when i'm here reading. I appreciate the research and time you take to offer readers such detail information. You are wonderful and Thank you for allowing your site to stay up i as others always refer back to certain topics. one -two post is fine that is good. take care and don't forget to rest between that busy schedule. You know we women sometimes forget that word: REST/SLEEP.
ReplyDeleteGo handle yours and do what you have to do, Jc. When you come back, your fans will be right here waiting for you.
